Baker Hughes, SLB, Halliburton: требования к пылесосу на нефтесервисных работах

Международные нефтесервисные компании Baker Hughes, SLB (бывший Schlumberger) и Halliburton работают на всех крупных объектах Казахстана — ТШО, NCOC, КПО. Их корпоративные HSE стандарты обязательны для всего персонала и подрядчиков.

Baker Hughes — BHGE HSE Management System

Baker Hughes требует от подрядчиков на буровых: "All vacuum equipment used in proximity to downhole tool workshop areas (MWD, LWD, RSS) must be ESD-safe rated per IEC 61340-5-1. For barite dust and drilling mud cleanup: Class H per IEC 60335-2-69."

SLB (Schlumberger) — OneSTAF Safety Program

SLB OneSTAF Contractor Requirements Manual: "Cleaning equipment including vacuums must be rated for the hazard classification of the area. IntelliZone classified areas (wireline logging, perforating gun shops) require ESD-safe equipment. Radioactive source storage areas and barite handling require Class H."

Halliburton — HSEMS (Health, Safety, Environment Management System)

Halliburton HSE Standard HLB-HSE-IH-011: "Vacuum cleaners shall be rated Class H (IEC 60335-2-69) for use in areas where completion fluids, cement additives or well treatment chemicals are handled. Silica fume (amorphous silica) used in cementing operations is classified as Class H hazardous dust."
